A proud product of Birmingham-area public schools, Hayden Hooks, has practiced education law for her entire career. She has represented educators in the largest school districts in Georgia and one of the smallest school districts in Georgia. Hayden has represented school boards, educators, students and other school employees in board rooms, court rooms and administrative hearings. She has handled matters involving issues such as sexual harassment, the First Amendment, the Open Meetings Act, separation of church and state, special education (IDEA/Section 504), Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and pregnancy discrimination.
Additionally, Justin Arnold has experience handling student misconduct matters for college students. Justin knowns that while College is supposed to be some of the best years of your life.
